The ABSA Conference Centre is nestled amongst the foothills of the Magaliesberg in Montana Park, Pretoria, and enjoys a subtropical climate where indigenous flora and fauna flourish.  This natural setting is incorporated in the architecture of the Centre, which consists of a series of low-level blocks interlinked by covered walkways.  Several of these blocks bear the names of trees and scrubs found in the area.  This creates a peaceful charm that can be enjoyed by all, as well as the warm hospitality and a pride in excellence of service, which are the heart of the Centre. The centre offers the very best in comfort, convenience and presentation technology at a reasonable price and has proved to meet the most stringent demands of South African and international business people.  Our discerning clients are offered a complete, all-inclusive package with an upfront price that includes all the requirements for a successful conference. Conference Venues There are 11 self-contained, U-shaped, fully equipped conference rooms suitable for intensive workshop activities.  Each room is air-conditioned, acoustically effective and equipped with a TV/Video/DVD Combo, flexirail, whiteboard, data projector, overhead projector and screen.  Any additional equipment is available on request.   Auditorium The auditorium seats up to 120 people in theatre style and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. 

Functions & Weddings We offer superb cuisine and services to make your function a special occasion.  For your catering and décor requirements we invite you to contact us to assist you with your arrangements regarding weddings, private and corporate functions. Accommodation All 56 comfortable fully carpeted bedrooms with private bathrooms, television, study nook and telephone are designed for comfort and visual appeal.   Facilities The facilities are aimed at creating a productive yet comfortable atmosphere and do not detract from the business at hand.  Facilities include a terrace, which overlooks the natural feature swimming pool, a boma for braais and potjiekos competitions with a fireplace for a great outdoor atmosphere.

Wireless Internet facilities are available for access through your laptop or handheld device. Restaurant Our restaurant is fully licensed and accommodates up to 150 diners with a dance floor.  Menus are varied and each meal is a culinary experience to be remembered.  Seating is flexible and special arrangements can be made for functions, a braai or banquet. Leisure Leisure activities include qolf, volleyball, table tennis, darts, jogging, swimming and walks.  Additional activities such as team-building, fire walk, golf, tenpin bowling, tennis, squash, ice-skating and game drives can be organised on request. Qolf is a new concept and are custom made for corporate functions, team-building and mini exhibitions based on the principles of golf.  The Qolf Course which can be best described as Action Golf can be played by everyone. Security The Centre has 24-hour security and strictly enforced access control.  There is ample free, covered parking available for all delegates.

The centre has 24-hour security and strictly enforced access control. There is ample free, covered and uncovered, parking available for all delegates.
